Dr Steyn has an established practice, and there is often a waiting list for new patients.
Please book your appointment well in advance. Please Whatsapp your Name and Surname to the Practice Manager, Hester – Business WA: 072 156 0248 to advised on the next available appointment.
Hester will provide you with the necessary information on tariffs and email you a forms to complete. Appointments can only be confirmed once the form has been returned, please return within 7 days.
New patient appointments need to be cancelled at least one week in advance should you not wish to continue with the visit to Dr Steyn. Should you fail to cancel your appointment in time, you will be responsible for the cost of the appointment as the time scheduled was allocated to you or your family member.
New patients are advised to arrive 10 min early for their appointment, should there be any further administration details to finalise.
Private Patients – Payment for your visit will be at the time of your appointment by Credit Card/Snapscan or Cash. No EFT payments please.
Medical Aids – We have the facility to claim directly from your Medical Aid on your request. Please ensure that you have cleared payment for your visit with your medical aid in advance, as you will be invoiced directly should your Medical Aid not honour the claim.
Appointment Duration:
New Patients – Adults: 60 min
New Patients – Children: 90 min
Follow-up Appointments: 25 min
Remembering about and being on time for a scheduled appointment is the responsibility of the patient, even though we do try to send courtesy WA reminders in advance. Should you fail to cancel one working day in advance, you will be liable for full payment.
